How to Place B2B Orders

Ready Stock Orders
- Fixed styles, patterns and fabrics. No revision or reprint available
- MOQ: 10 pcs per style, total minimum 100 pcs, mixed styles & colours are acceptable
- Lead time: Shipment within 1-3 working days after full payment
- Price: Fixed wholesale price, no extra plate charges
OEM Custom Orders
- Customizable colours, prints, logos, hang tags, care labels etc. Base fabric: 100% premium rayon
- MOQ: Minimum 100 pcs per single colour & style
- Please provide artwork & colour references. Pre-production samples are available (sample fee & extra lead time apply)
- Standard lead time: 2 weeks (excluding sample approval & international shipping time). Complex prints will have separate confirmed lead time
- Normal production wastage is inevitable. We recommend extra ordering to ensure full qualified finished goods
- Price: Quoted based on craft, material & quantity. Plate charges may apply
Order Process
- Confirm order type & product info
- Ready stock: Browse catalog, select styles, colours, sizes & quantities
- Custom orders: Confirm base style, fabric specs & submit full custom artwork
- Confirm all details in writing
- Ready stock: Verify stock quantity, size breakdown & shipping address
- Custom orders: Confirm artwork, logo, print method, colour codes & MOQ. No changes allowed after final confirmation
- Request official quotation
Send order list, shipping address & required lead time to our business email to get formal quotation (unit price, lead time & freight cost)
- Payment Terms
- Payment options: T/T bank transfer, Business PayPal, WorldFirst (other terms negotiable)
- Ready stock: Full payment before shipment
- Custom orders: Deposit required before mass production
- Production & Progress Update
- Ready stock: Shipped within 1-3 working days
- Custom orders: Produced per confirmed schedule, progress updates will be provided regularly
- Shipping & Logistics
- Global shipping available by air / sea / courier, freight & transit time per quotation
- Tracking number will be sent by email after shipment
- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in destination country are buyer’s responsibility
- After-sales Policy
Please inspect goods promptly. Quality claims must be submitted with photos/videos within 7 working days after receipt. Normal production tolerance & wastage are not covered
