Delivery Policy

Please read this delivery policy carefully before placing orders. This policy applies to all B2B wholesale orders of SarongOEM.
Total Lead Time = Production Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time

1. Production Processing Time

Processing time refers to the working days required for custom production, quality inspection and packing after full payment confirmation and style specification finalization, excluding shipping transit time.

Note: Large bulk orders and special custom styles (special fabric, print, size, etc.) may require extra lead time, subject to formal contracts or mutual confirmation. Expedited production can be discussed for large orders.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Time

Shipping cost is calculated based on order volume, weight and destination address. Please confirm the exact rate with our customer service in advance.
 
DHL / expedited courier services require a valid physical street address only. PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are NOT supported.

Australian Remote Areas

An extra remote surcharge applies to expedited shipments.
We recommend standard/economy Australia Post shipping to reduce logistics costs. Please confirm with us in advance whether your address is classified as remote.

2.4 Rest of the World

Shipping options and rates are available upon request from our customer service. Transit times follow relevant carrier schedules.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Cross-border B2B Orders)

  • All import duties, VAT, customs charges and local taxes incurred during destination customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient and NOT included in our quoted price or order payment.
  • DHL express shipments may require upfront tax payment to the carrier for fast clearance (EU, UK, Canada, etc.). Standard line shipments follow local postal/customs clearance processes with longer lead times.
  • Buyers are advised to confirm local customs regulations and tax requirements in advance to avoid delivery delays.

4. General B2B Terms

  1. Address Rule: Economy/standard shipping may support PO boxes. Expedited/DHL services only accept physical street addresses (no PO Box / APO/FPO).
  2. Delayed Shipment: Please contact us if your shipment remains undelivered 45 business days after dispatch, excluding delays caused by local customs clearance issues, incorrect addresses or local last-mile delivery problems.
  3. Single Delivery Address: One order is shipped to a single address only. Separate orders must be placed for multiple delivery locations, with additional shipping costs confirmed in advance.
  4. Large & Long-term Orders: Custom logistics solutions and lead times can be negotiated, subject to formal written contracts.
